We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff greeted us with champagne and provided excellent service throughout our trip. We were upgraded to a spacious suite with beautiful views, a full kitchen, and luxurious amenities like robes and slippers. The hotel's breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola that takes you to downtown. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

They also arranged for a jeep tour to Bridal Vail Falls, a must-do experience. The penthouse upgrade was amazing, with spacious rooms and a design that provided complete noise insulation. The views and sunsets were breathtaking, making our stay even more memorable.
